Musk, known for his groundbreaking innovations (and occasional Twitter meltdowns), reportedly strolled up to a bewildered beggar, peeled off a stack of bills \u2013 sources say it was a cool $100 \u2013 and simply said, \u201cFor science!\u201d He then proceeded to observe the man\u2019s reaction with the intensity of a SpaceX engineer monitoring a rocket launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beggar, understandably, was initially stunned. After a moment of disbelief, he reportedly did what any of us would do: he scurried off faster than a Cybertruck on Ludicrous Mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, here\u2019s where things get truly shocking (spoiler alert: they don\u2019t). Musk, in a series of now-deleted tweets, expressed his \u201cdisappointment\u201d at the beggar\u2019s \u201clack of entrepreneurial spirit.\u201d He had apparently hoped the man would invest the money wisely, perhaps start a lemonade stand, or maybe even develop a revolutionary app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI expected more,\u201d Musk tweeted, \u201cPerhaps a business plan? A pitch deck? Something!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The internet, of course, erupted. Memes of Musk offering a beggar a Dogecoin were quickly circulating, while others pointed out the sheer absurdity of expecting a homeless person to become a Silicon Valley startup founder overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMaybe if you gave him a job, Elon,\u201d one user sarcastically suggested, \u201cInstead of treating him like a lab rat.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Musk, ever the provocateur, responded with a cryptic tweet about \u201cthe importance of meritocracy\u201d and \u201cbootstrapping.\u201d He then announced he was developing a new app called \u201cBeggar Bucks,\u201d which would allow users to invest in homeless people\u2019s \u201cpotential.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s like Shark Tank, but for the streets,\u201d Musk explained, \u201cWe\u2019re democratizing homelessness!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Critics, however, were quick to point out the inherent flaws in this plan. \u201cSo, you\u2019re going to gamify poverty?\u201d one commentator asked, \u201cThat\u2019s\u2026 something.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
