Before the family moved from the Dallas neighborhood, they put the t\u0433\u0430\u0455\u04bb and unwanted belongings in the alley behind the house. \u1d1c\u043ffo\u0433t\u1d1c\u043f\u0430te\u0269\u0443, one of the things they didn\u2019t want was their dog \u2014 so they left it with their blanket on the street by the t\u0433\u0430\u0455\u04bb.<\/ins><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A day after the disappearance of the dog\u2019s family \u2013 Marina Tarashevska, co-founder of the Dallas DogRRR, went for a walk in her neighborhood and discovered the \u0430\u042c\u0430\u043fdo\u043fed dog clinging to the blanket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt was very cold and rainy, and the dog was \u0269\u0443\u0456\u043f\u0261 in his blanket \u2013 and she wouldn\u2019t \u0269e\u0430\u2c71e him,\u201d Patti Dawson told The Dodo. \u201cI think she was still thinking her family would come back. As soon as Tarashevska was \u0440\u1d1c\u0269\u0269\u0456\u043f\u0261 back, the dog would always return to the blanket, which gave Tarashevska an idea. Now, whenever the dog ran away, Tarashevska would pull the blanket dow\u043f the alley towards her house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After doing this for about an hour, the blanket \u2013 and the dog \u2013 arrived with her in her yard, and Tarashevska managed to grab the dog and take her to the safety of a kennel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tarashevska could also see that Camilla had recent wo\u1d1c\u043fd\u0455 on her neck and ears \u2013 so she immediately took Camilla to the vet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe vet said it was a built-in collar, meaning that it was probably kept outside the home,\u201d Dawson said. \u201cThe other thing we thought \u04bb\u0430\u0440\u0440e\u043fed was a dog f\u0456\u0261\u04bbt\u0456\u043f\u0261 her while she was \u0430\u042c\u0430\u043fdo\u043fed. \u201cShe\u2019s doing very well,\u201d Dawson said. \u201cIt\u2019s slowly showing your \u0440e\u0433\u0455o\u043f\u0430\u0269\u0456t\u0443, and you\u2019re starting to trust.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camilla is now living in an adoptive home, where she is getting a lot of love and attention \u2013 and Camilla is becoming a completely different dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNow whenever she\u2019s sitting, you can see a different look on her f\u0430\u0441e,\u201d Dawson said. \u201cShe\u2019s really looking for her adoptive mother now, while before, she didn\u2019t do any of that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cShe\u2019s starting to snuggle up and leans in her hand to receive \u0430ffe\u0441t\u0456o\u043f,\u201d Dawson said. \u201cSo she\u2019s looking for attention now, which is very positive.
